Professionally, I am the Publishing Services Librarian at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), a non-regulatory agency within the Department of Commerce.

As Publishing Services Librarian, I coordinate the production, dissemination, marketing, bibliographic control, and impact assessment activities related to the publishing of the NIST Technical Series Publications.

I have a certificate in User Experience for Libraries from Library Juice Academy and am a certified Carpentry instructor.

I have developed a passion for information accessibility, including a commitment to inclusive language and accessible content.

I hold a master’s degree in library science from the University of Maryland at College Park and a bachelor of arts in English language and literature from St. Mary’s College of Maryland.
